Permanent Outdoor Lighting

Installed once. Yours for decades.

Chattahoochee Trimlight fits a low voltage LED system into a slim channel beneath your roofline. It is colour matched to your trim, so in daylight it reads as part of the house. After dark it becomes whatever you want that evening.

There is nothing to hang, nothing to store, and nothing to take down in January. You change colours, patterns and schedules from an app, and the system stays exactly where it is for the next twenty years.

Nighttime view of a house with colorful string lights, a swimming pool with kids playing, lounge chairs, and a backyard patio area.
The Problem

You already know how this goes.

Bins out of the garage. An hour untangling. The ladder against the gutter in the cold. Half a strand dead. Six weeks later you do the whole thing again in reverse, and the house looks ordinary for the other forty six weeks of the year.

  • Roof work at height, every single November

  • Replacement strands and storage bins, year after year

  • One look, six weeks, then nothing until next winter

A man with a gray beanie and black jacket pulls tangled Christmas lights off the edge of a house's roof in cold weather.
The Problem

A fixture, not a decoration.

A patented aluminium channel is fitted under the soffit and cut to your roofline. Every wire, connector and clip lives inside it. The bulbs are sealed, rated IP68, and stay in place permanently.

Because it is built into the architecture rather than hung off it, there is no visible hardware in daylight and no seasonal takedown. It is treated the same way as your gutters or your outdoor kitchen: installed once and simply part of the house.

  • Colour matched to your fascia, trim and soffit

  • All wiring concealed inside the channel

  • Lifetime product warranty on core components

The Difference

The same house, twelve hours apart.

Drag the handle. In daylight the channel reads as trim. After dark it becomes whatever you want it to be.

Why This System

Built to disappear. Engineered to last decades.

  • Icon of a house with two sparkling stars inside, outlined in orange on a dark background.

    Hidden channel

Colour matched to your fascia and sized to mimic a two stage trim. Every wire lives inside it.

  • Icon depicting a 360-degree rotation with an arrow around the number 360 in orange on a dark background.

    360° bulbs

Round bulbs throw light every direction. Flat pucks point one way and leave dark gaps.

  • Icon of a shield with a checkmark inside, symbolizing security or protection.

    Lifetime warranty

Covered on the core components, backed by a manufacturer building these since 2010.

  • Icon of a mobile phone with a yellow outline on a dark background.

    Total control

Colours, patterns, schedules and scenes from the app, Alexa or Google Home.

  • Water droplets and an upward arrow over a surface to indicate water resistance or waterproof property.

    IP68 weatherproof

Rated for Georgia summers, storms and the odd ice night without a second thought.

  • Four orange square outlines on a dark background, resembling a keypad or buttons.

    Independent zones

Front, garage, patio and pool can each run their own colour and pattern at the same time.

  • Neon yellow lightning bolt icon on a dark background

    Barely any power

0.9 watts per bulb. A full roofline running all evening costs a few dollars a month.

  • An icon of a clock with a checkmark inside, indicating time or approval.

    HOA friendly

Nothing visible in daylight and nothing to take down, which removes most board objections.

The App

Your whole house on one screen.

Pick a colour, pick a pattern, save it as a scene. Set a schedule and the house handles itself from then on. Change it from the sofa, from the car, or from a hotel two states away.

  • Up to 30 colours at once, with custom RGB values

  • Daily timers plus calendar events for specific dates

  • Alexa and Google Home voice control

  • Music sync through the auxiliary port

One System, Every Occasion

Nothing goes up. Nothing comes down.

The lights are already installed. Changing the look of your house takes about four seconds.

  • A house decorated with colorful Christmas string lights outlining the rooflines and front porch at night, with a dark sky and trees surrounding it.

    Christmas

Classic red and green, or warm white if you prefer something quieter.

    January

    New Year

Full spectrum, moving, and synced to the music if you want it.

    Every Other Night

    Everyday Accent

Warm white on a schedule. This is what most owners run most of the year.

Recent Work

Every roofline is different.

Ranch homes, two storey colonials, stone frontages, steep gables. The channel is cut to the house rather than the house being fitted to the product, which is why no two installations look quite the same.

How We Work

Four steps, one day on site.

  • A man and a woman shaking hands at the front door of a house while smiling.

    01

    Free consultation

We come to the house, walk the rooflines with you, and measure properly. Never a phone quote.

  • A man in a blue shirt holding a clipboard converses with a woman in black on a backyard patio at dusk, near a house with lit windows.

    02

    Measure and manufacture

Your channel is cut to your home and colour matched to your trim. Nothing is off the shelf.

  • A man with a gray t-shirt, sunglasses, and a baseball cap working on the gutter of a house, standing on a ladder.

    03

    Installation

Most homes finish in a single day. Wiring hidden, connections sealed, site left clean.

  • A man smiling and working on electrical wiring, using blue-handled tools with colorful wires, while wearing a beanie and a dark long-sleeve shirt.

    04

    Setup and handover

We set up the app with you and build your first scenes before we leave.

What Owners Say

The reaction is usually the same.

  • ★★★★★

Mike walked the whole roofline with us and showed us exactly where the channel would sit. The crew was here at eight and gone by early afternoon. My wife keeps changing the colours.

I was worried about what it would look like during the day. You genuinely cannot see it from the street. Our board approved it without a second meeting.

  • ★★★★★

Three Novembers of climbing that ladder and I am finally done. Now I open the app on the drive home and the house is already lit when we pull in.
